Que vous ayez 20 ou 45 minutes devant vous, la structure reste la m\u00eame. Et c\u2019est justement ce cadre qui rend le HIIT biking si efficace.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>La structure type d\u2019une s\u00e9ance<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une s\u00e9ance de HIIT biking se d\u00e9coupe toujours en trois temps. Chacun a un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9cis. Les phases d\u2019effort sont courtes, intenses, cibl\u00e9es. Vous poussez fort, puis vous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez. Encore et encore.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L\u2019intensit\u00e9 monte d\u2019un cran. Les jambes br\u00fblent un peu. Le souffle s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re. C\u2019est normal. Ces blocs sont pens\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er un vrai stimulus cardio et musculaire, sans vous vider compl\u00e8tement.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Phase de retour au calme et r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> On ralentit. Vraiment. La cadence baisse, la r\u00e9sistance aussi. La respiration se calme progressivement.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Cette phase aide le corps \u00e0 redescendre, \u00e0 r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, \u00e0 assimiler le travail. Beaucoup la b\u00e2clent. Mauvais r\u00e9flexe. C\u2019est souvent l\u00e0 que vous ressentez le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la s\u00e9ance. Une sensation de rel\u00e2chement, presque de reset.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Les param\u00e8tres qui font varier l\u2019intensit\u00e9<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En HIIT biking, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 ne d\u00e9pend pas d\u2019un seul facteur. Elle se r\u00e8gle avec trois leviers. Trop forte, vous vous bloquez. Le bon r\u00e9glage vous permet de pousser fort, sans perdre en fluidit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Cadence de p\u00e9dalage<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> La cadence correspond \u00e0 la vitesse \u00e0 laquelle vous p\u00e9dalez. Rapide, elle sollicite davantage le cardio. Plus lente, elle met l\u2019accent sur la force.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En HIIT biking, on joue souvent sur les deux. Un intervalle rapide, puis un autre plus lourd. \u00c7a pique, mais c\u2019est l\u00e0 que \u00e7a progresse.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Position : assis ou en danseuse<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Assis, vous travaillez de fa\u00e7on stable et contr\u00f4l\u00e9e. En danseuse, vous engagez plus le corps, le gainage, les fessiers.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Changer de position modifie l\u2019effort sans toucher aux r\u00e9glages. Un d\u00e9tail qui fait une vraie diff\u00e9rence quand la fatigue arrive.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>Comment \u00e9valuer son effort sans mat\u00e9riel<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pas besoin de montre connect\u00e9e ou de capteur dernier cri. Votre corps vous donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes les infos utiles.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Utilisation de l\u2019\u00e9chelle de perception de l\u2019effort (RPE)<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L\u2019\u00e9chelle RPE va de 1 \u00e0 10.<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 \u00e0 4 : effort confortable, vous pouvez parler.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7 \u00e0 8 : effort intense, la discussion devient compliqu\u00e9e.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9 : tr\u00e8s dur, vous comptez les secondes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En HIIT biking, les phases intenses se situent souvent autour de 8 ou 9. La r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration redescend vers 4 ou 5.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>Sensations respiratoires comme indicateur cl\u00e9<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Votre souffle est un excellent guide. Si vous haletez d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res minutes, vous \u00eates parti trop fort.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c0 l\u2019inverse, si vous r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez trop vite, l\u2019intensit\u00e9 est peut-\u00eatre trop basse. Cherchez cet entre-deux inconfortable, mais tenable.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Erreur fr\u00e9quente : rester trop haut en intensit\u00e9 d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but<\/b><b><br \/><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> C\u2019est l\u2019erreur la plus courante. On d\u00e9marre \u00e0 fond, port\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9nergie\u2026 et on explose au bout de cinq minutes.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le HIIT biking, ce n\u2019est pas un sprint unique. C\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9ter des efforts de qualit\u00e9.
